Yes. Elevate Physical Therapy offers ongoing Strength & Mobility sessions for individuals who want to build strength, improve mobility, and take a proactive approach to their long-term health and movement.
All Strength & Mobility clients begin with a Performance & Movement Assessment to understand how you move, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop a personalized program based on your goals. From there, sessions can be scheduled on a cadence that fits your needs, whether that’s weekly, biweekly, or another schedule that supports your goals.
This approach is ideal for individuals looking to stay active, improve movement quality, prevent future limitations, or continue building strength and confidence as they age.
